- To be fed as the sole food, supplementation is not necessary unless recommended by your veterinarian.
- Keep fresh water available at all times.
- With your veterinarian's approval, mix increasing amounts of your pet's new food with decreasing amounts of the old food over a 7-day period.
- Many Prescription Diet® d/d® products are also available in cans. Please discuss your pet's feeding options with your veterinarian. When using with d/d® Feline canned, decrease the amount of dry food to avoid overfeeding.
